I look up at the evening sky and wonder.
It’s grey here. Maybe it’s grey there too.
And when it was blue here, maybe it was blue there too.
Separated by this painful distance maybe.
We are but under the very same sky.

So when the day ends and the night awakens,
millions of stars illuminate the dark night sky.
I lie down there with a million messengers of my own.
And I let my heart speak in hushed whispers
A lovers words have every star rapt in attention.

Then in the silence of the night my dear just be quiet and still.
Lie down under the blanket of the star adorned sky.
Close your eyes. Hear your heart beat.
And in that moment you will hear the stars whisper words from my heart.
We will then converse in the whisper of the stars.
